How Do I Change My Opinion of Myself?

by Pat on Saturday, November 10, 2007

There are many folks that have asked me how to improve their opinion of themselves so that they are not reliant on others to give them feedback that they are okay.

There are many processes to do that and EFT is one of the best ways I have found.

This particular podcast by Carol Look and Rick Wilkes does the very best job I know of explaining this.

EFT-Talk Podcast #5 — How can I improve my self-esteem NOW using EFT?

  • You can raise your self-esteem right now by accepting where you are right now… but we usually get stuck WAITING for things to get better before we allow ourselves to feel good.
  • Using EFT and the law of attraction, you can make a shift to increasing your self-esteem while changing the underlying negative energies that are causing the behaviors you don’t want in your life.

I love EFT. I recently changed the way I do the set up so that I ask a question rather than make a statement. For example today I asked, “What energy, space and consciousness can I generate to allow energy to flow freely through my neck with ease, joy and glory?” This got rid of neck pain right away. I could really feel the energy move through my neck. I also like to do the tapping while watching my free Mind Movies. It’s really helping me feel expansive during the holidays. I used to make vision boards. Now I watch Mind Movies instead. I got 6 free mind movies here http://mindmovies.com/vid1-2/?11554

Jasmine,

Asking questions can be good also!

Whatever works to bring a sense of relief from the emotion that is not feeling good is the one to go with! :-)
