Abraham-Hicks recommends we “clean up your vibration on every subject”.

Here is a quote from them on this, with the Subject of Relationships, as an example:

Clean up your vibration on every subject ….

So let’s say when you were in high school someone mistreated you in some way and you never really got over it. You remember the hurt, you remember the wrongdoing, you remember how you felt, you remember the disadvantage that you took away from it.

But then you left there. Eventually you stopped talking about that person. And while you still occasionally have people treat you in that way, it doesn’t come up very often, and you don’t think about it all that often.

And then someone says something to you that triggers that and now it’s active again. And as you begin pondering it you feel that hurt all over again. That means your vibration never moved from that hurt. You haven’t been thinking about it so it hasn’t been a big player in your vibration. But it’s been lying there dormant with the potential of being activated. And now something has happened that activated it.

So OUR encouragement is that sooner or later you take it and you talk it downstream. You do it on purpose. It might take you two or three days, here and there, and here and there, but you leave it in a whole different place. Now you’ve left it in a different place, it doesn’t have the potential of ever being activated again. In other words, you’ve moved yourself to a new place …

So when you deliberately talk about that subject and talk yourself into alignment about it, now that can never creep up again, all of your power is right here, because all of your ability to focus is right here. And before you know it those vibrations become your dominant vibrations which makes you impervious to mistreatment, it makes it not possible for anything other than what you want to flow into your experience.

As long as anything other than that is happening, it means you’ve got those vibrations still active, so there’s still some work to do.

So, how do we know if we have cleaned up our vibration on Relationships?

We are no longer pulled into other people’s dramas. We are no longer triggered by what other people are choosing to think or feel or what they do or don’t do. We no longer spend time trying to get others to see things differently.

We no longer feel responsible to make other people understand anything.

We have let them off the hook. We “allow” them to be whomever they want to be and do whatever they want to do.

We have also let ourselves off the hook. We “allow” ourselves to be whomever we want to be and do whatever we want to do.

This principle is actually part of “the Art of Allowing”, according to Abraham-Hicks.

The Art of Allowing is an integral part of using the law of attraction and creating consciously instead of by default. In other words, many folks think thing happen “to us” randomly.

Nothing is random. Everything is vibration. This is a vibrationally-based Universe.

Now, what I have learned by my own experience and by working with others is that we can talk ourselves into alignment (as Abraham recommends) and we can exponentially maximize the benefits by talking about it while tapping with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)!

Here is a LIVE Coaching Call I did with someone recently that demonstrates this beautifully! :-)

The law of attraction, I believe works hand-in-hand with the law of gratitude. This is my story and my life-changing lesson of gratitude.

One day I was teaching a weekend college course on business start-up. The elevator was broken, so I had to lug my dolley of 4 boxes, by hand, up three flights of stairs. I was outside, and it was a little hot and sunny, but not unbearably unpleasant. I began to complain and grumble about how the school should have the elevators working and so on and so forth. I was angry that I had to go through all of this trouble to get to the top of the stairs.

Then, just as I reached to the top of the stairs, a young man, a quadriplegic, in a wheelchair, paralyzed from the neck down, operating his chair with just the slight movements of his bent-to-the-side neck, saw me and with a big, beautiful smile said to me, “Nice day, isn’t it.” I was stunned with embarrassment. Here I was moaning and groaning with all of my faculties and in perfect health, and here is a young man paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair telling me how pleasant a day it was. From that life-changing moment to this day, I have never complained about any physical labor again. “Only by the grace of God there go I.”

The Secret movie was an awesome example of how the law of attraction can summon the universal powers to manifest people situations and material things into your life.

All of the presenters had compelling stories that described in detail how their lives changed once they applied the secret principals.

I watched the movie several times only to discover the secret was never revealed nor did they explain how to actually make the law of attraction work in your favor.

I searched for a year and finally discovered exactly how the secret law of attraction works.

Anybody can put the principals to work for them and change their life dramatically in a short period of time.

It’s true, they are laws and they work all the time but its your choice to make them work for you and not against you.
