Enjoy this blog? Buy me a coffee or an umbrella drink. May I suggest a venti Starbucks Frappuccino for $3.00? Or choose any amount you wish to tip.

Hi Pat,
Thank you for the scale, I’ve not seen it before. I think I prefer the upper part of the scale :>)
I’ve been working a lot lately on acknowledging my feelings and seeing where I’m at. I’m feeling them all without judgement…wahoo! I just finished this wonderful book on healing feelings and emotions. It’s called “I.M. Heart” by Sue McDaniel. It’s about awareness and processing feelings coming from the top of the scale to the bottom of the scale. It gives wonderful tools and strategies for processing and healing the anger, fear, etc. so that we can fully experience love and joy. I hope you have a chance to check it out.
Thanks again for the scale. I’m printing it out for myself.
Create a great day!
Mary :>)
Mary,
Acknowledging without judgment is the key and it is almost like a new muscle that has to built - for those of us that were never allowed to exercise it in our earlier years!
Congrats!
Pat
Hello,
Thank you for a super site, I’ve been looking around yesterday and today.
I’ve been trying to raise my vibration around money, aren’t we all? Just now I did a little rampage (on my blog) to get myself from nervous overwhelment to frustration. It worked quite well, and I do feel better now. Not super, but better.
I have a question though; do you know if there is a guideline about how far up the scale one should attempt to jump? I know it’s all about feelings but I would love some guidance. Where I am now, at frustration, to go up just a few I could go to pessimism or boredom, but I really don’t want to go there! I’m not even sure I could go to contentment though, it seems too far, and yet hopefulness seems within reach. Could you help me out a little bit?
Thanks so much!
If you watch my video series you can find on this site, I explain how the emotional guidance scale works and how to move yourself incrementally.
